The final report of the 5th Implementation and Coordination Meeting (ICM-5) has been published as GCOS-167. This meeting was held 25 February to 1 March 2013, at the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) in DeBilt, The Netherlands and focused on bringing additional data streams online within GRUAN.
